  1. I considered what you guys were discussing near the ending about Thoth. I think it has more to do with Crowley than the Egyptian god. Aleister Crowley wrote a book named “The Book of Thoth.” It’s said he may have written it through the projections of ancient spirits and demons like Ahriman and his “psyker copy machine.” Also Magnus’s erratic nature could play into that Hermetic mentality.
